Tottenham are currently locked in action with Burnley as they seek to capitalise on their north London Derby success to leapfrog Arsenal into 4th place this afternoon.
And they are on course to do so, as a stoppage time penalty has handed the lilywhites a 1-0 lead, despite a string of saves from Nick Pope and a lack of creativity from the home side.
It would mean that the pressure would be somewhat taken off Arsenal ahead of their trip to St James’ Park on Monday night, as a draw would be enough to keep them ahead of the lilywhites.
As a result, three points are desperately needed in north London this afternoon.
Kulusevski, please
And, at the interval, Spurs fans were all left clamouring for one man. The player in question? Dejan Kulusevski.
The Swede was dropped as a result of a stomach bug, but Spurs fans were keen to see him on the pitch, as can be seen below.
Don’t care if Kulusevski is shutting himself, stick a nappy on him and get him out there

Kulusevski needs to come on at half time or early second half. Moura has been awful

Spurs are badly missing Kulusevski’s guile and craft so far. Burnley coping with Lucas pretty comfortably.

We miss Kulusevski so much in games with little space

— Pete Dawson (@9dawson_pete) May 15, 2022
Drop Davies or Sessegnon at half time for Kulusevski.
— Christian (@Christianjw92) May 15, 2022
