West Ham and Southampton are monitoring developments with Junior Adamu from Red Bull Salzburg, according to reports.
The 20-year-old striker is the latest young talent to emerge off the Red Bull production line and has already attracted a lot of interest from Ajax, Hertha Berlin and Red Bull Leipzig.
The Daily Mail report that Salzburg value Adamu at around £12m, and that could prove tempting for Premier League sides, with Graham Potter’s Brighton also believed to have watched the striker in the past.

Adamu has been on Salzburg’s books since under-15 level but has only recently been afforded a chance in the senior side.
He made 43 appearances across all competitions in 2021/22, with his only other senior outing for Salzburg coming back in 2020/21.
This season, though, Adamu has scored nine and assisted five for Salzburg, including one Champions League goal vs Bayern Munich in the Round of 16.
Should West Ham sign Adamu?
Though Adamu does not have a lot of senior experience, especially at the top level, he could still be a useful asset for the Hammers.
Michail Antonio remains their main centre-forward. However, he is now 32 and has had countless injury issues over the years.
But, as Antonio is still, when fit, capable of performing at the top level, it would make sense for Moyes to bring in a young, hungry centre-forward like Adamu to compete with Antonio before eventually replacing him as their main no.9.
