Record German champions Bayern Munich are set to make a third flyby over Anfield in their attempt to secure the services of Senegalese star Sadio Mané this summer.
As reported earlier in the Mirror, the Bavarian giants are prepping their third transfer bid for Mané, who is set to depart the red half of Merseyside this summer as his current deal with Liverpool has just 12-months remaining with all attempts at possibly agreeing an extension have long been exhausted.

The previous two bids fielded by Bayern – £25million & £30million – have fallen well short of the valuation mark set by Liverpool, which remains somewhere in the region of ~£42million.
It is now being reported that the Germans are set to field an offer package of £30million up front with another ~£5million in add-ons, which could bring them within striking distance of securing a deal for their prime attacking target this summer.
Bayern views Mané as the ideal replacement for Robert Lewandowski after the Polish international hitman has maneuvered himself for a move away from the Allianz Arena, while Liverpool has already laid the groundwork for moving on from Mané after a deal for Uruguayan center-forward Darwin Núñez is in the final stages of completing his move to Liverpool after arriving in the northwest of England for his medical earlier today.
Reports of Bayern being confident in completing a move for Mané have been corroborated by transfer insider Fabrizio Romano as well, with the Italian journalist earlier tweeting that talks between the German club and Mané’s representatives are ongoing which sees Bayern confident of securing their man this summer.
Mané has been a leading light in Liverpool red since his arrival from Southampton in 2016 after a stellar two seasons at St. Mary’s following jumping to the Premier League from Austrian Bundesliga side RB Salzburg in 2014.
Across a highly-successful six seasons at Liverpool, Mané is set to depart Anfield having scored 120-goals and adding a further 48-assists across a combined 269-appearances in all competitions while helping the club to five major honors including a Premier League win as well as a Champions League triumph in 2018-19.
