Word stemming from the media on Monday suggests that the race for the signature of Everton star Richarlison is beginning to heat up.
The name of versatile wide-man Richarlison has, of course, taken its place front and centre in the headlines over the last couple of weeks.
This comes with the 25-year-old widely reported to have been added to the wishlist of Antonio Conte’s Tottenham, amid the efforts of Daniel Levy and co. to add ever further to an already potent frontline in north London.
Some outlets, in fact, went as far as to suggest that the Lilywhites were closing on a big-money agreement with Everton, for a fee in the region of 60 million euros.

As alluded to above, though, if the latest word stemming from the media on Monday is anything to go by, then Spurs’ failure to push a definitive deal for Richarlison over the line as of yet could cost them dear.
This comes amid suggestions that a pair of London rivals have joined Conte and co. in the race for the Brazilian international.
As per Sami Mokbel of the Daily Mail, both Arsenal and Chelsea are now too expressing a keen interest in Richarlison’s signature.
Both the Gunners and Blues are known to be on the lookout for attacking reinforcements ahead of next season, with Thomas Tuchel in particular understood to be keen to overhaul of his frontline.
In turn, ‘Richarlison, along with Raheem Sterling, features prominently on Chelsea’s list of targets this summer’.
A swoop on the part of Arsenal, though, would prove altogether more surprising, with the transfer team at the Emirates ready to mount a concerted push for the services of Leeds United star Raphinha over the coming week.
