Following their battle for fourth place last season, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur look set to go head to head once again, but this time in the transfer market.
Both clubs are targeting a move for Leeds United winger Raphinha and are ready to make their first moves to get him.
The Gunners have already made their opening offer whilst Spurs are set to join them by making a bid.

Arsenal have seen their opening offer for Raphinha rejected by Leeds United, according to David Ornstein.
The bid fell well below Leeds’ valuation, however, Mikel Arteta’s side remain determined to sign the 25-year-old.
Meanwhile, Fabrizio Romano adds that Tottenham Hotspur have told Leeds that they also want to bid.
On Tuesday evening, Italian journalist Gianluigi Longari reported that Spurs were ready to offer £50 million plus £10 million in add-ons for the winger.
Antonio Conte’s team are also eyeing Richarlison and are expected to attempt to sign one of the two.
Arsenal seem to be aware of the competition which they face to sign the Brazilian and are aiming to close to operation as quickly as possible, Matteo Moretto reports.
