Chelsea forward Hakim Ziyech is thought to be keen on a move to Italian champions AC Milan should the opportunity arise this summer, with Thomas Tuchel open to his departure.
The Moroccan winger joined the Blues from Ajax in 2020, but has struggled for form and consistency during his time at Stamford Bridge, returning 14 goals and 10 assists in his 83 outings under Frank Lampard and Thomas Tuchel.
And the 29-year-old has often looked to struggle with the intensity of the Premier League, as the Blues have struggled to find a perfect formula in their front line.
As a result, he could follow Romelu Lukaku out of the exit doors this summer, with a move to AC Milan potentially on the cards should the Serie A side be able to come to an agreement with the Blues.

Third forward to leave?
Meanwhile, Timo Werner is also free to depart this summer too, with suggestions that Chelsea intend to use the forward as part of a deal involving Matthijs De Ligt, who the Blues are keen to bring to Stamford Bridge this summer.
This would also clear a path for the arrival of Manchester City winger Raheem Sterling, while there is interest in Ousmane Dembele should the Frenchman not sign a new deal at the Camp Nou this summer.
It seems likely to be all change in Tuchel’s front line come next season.
