An insight into the terms of the wage package secured by Sadio Mane at German giants Bayern Munich has been provided on Sunday.
Senegalese international Mane, of course, sealed his long-awaited move to the Allianz Arena earlier this month.
After word was forthcoming in the media that the 30-year-old had come to the decision to call time on his iconic Liverpool stint, Bayern were quick to take advantage of the situation, striking a £35 million agreement with the transfer team at Anfield.

Mane’s arrival is expected to kickstart something of an overhaul to Julian Nagelsmann’s frontline in Bavaria, with both Robert Lewandowski and Serge Gnabry tipped to move on ahead of next season.
And now, as alluded to above, an insight into the financial outlay committed to by the Bundesliga champions en route to landing the club’s latest high-profile addition has been provided.
This comes in the form of confirmation of the terms of the wage packet afforded to Mane, to convince the wide-man to link up with the club.
As per German outlet Bild, the one-time Southampton star’s contract at the Allianz Arena, through the summer of 2025, works out at around €20 million gross-per-year, considerably more than Liverpool are understood to have been willing to pay the Senegalese.
This works out at almost €385,000-per-week, good enough to place Mane amongst the highest-earning stars in Munich.
