Despite reports to the contrary coming out of France, Chelsea are yet to table an offer for Barcelona winger Ousmane Dembele, whose contract at the Camp Nou expires on July 1st.
The Blues have been heavily linked with a move for the Frenchman, who has worked well with Thomas Tuchel at Borussia Dortmund previously, and L’Equipe reported that they had made an offer for the 24-year-old to move to Stamford Bridge this summer.
However, such reports are wide of the mark, according to the Guardian, with Jacob Steinberg revealing that Tuchel and co. are yet to table an offer as they wait to see how his talks with Barcelona progress.
As it stands – #asitstands – Chelsea are yet to make an offer to Dembele. Focus is on sorting Sterling and Ake. Dembele yet to come to a final decision over his future at Barcelona, though it sounds unlikely he’ll extend. Xavi wants to keep him #cfc

Dembele’s agent had a meeting with Joan Laporta on Monday to discuss his client’s future, but no agreement has been reached yet, with Barcelona unwilling to cave to Dembele’s demands and the Frenchman keen to be valued as he feels he deserves to be.
Chelsea target Manchester City trio
Meanwhile, Chelsea are keen on a trio of Manchester City stars, with Raheem Sterling seemingly the closest to making the move to Stamford Bridge this summer.
There is thought to be ‘confidence on all sides’ that a deal will be done for the Englishman, who has just 12 months left on his contract in Manchester, and who would become the first signing of the Todd Boehly era.
Chelsea made contact with Manchester City over Raheem Sterling today. Bid for the England forward expected soon. Confidence on all sides it will be done #cfc #mcfc

Meanwhile, the Blues are also keen on their former defender Nathan Ake and his teammate Oleksandr Zinchenko, though whether the Cityzens would be willing to strengthen a rival to the tune of three new faces remains unclear.
