Juve journalist Romeo Agresti has given the latest state of play in the battle to sign de Ligt.
He has revealed that Chelsea are soon expected to raise their offer for the Dutch international.
Meanwhile, the Bavarians are unwilling to be drawn into a bidding war and will not match the Blues’ offer.
Bayern are therefore instead working to convince the player of moving to the Allianz Arena over Stamford Bridge.
According to FootMercato, the German club believes they are de Ligt’s preferred destination and are working on this premise.
