The body of a missing swimmer was recovered in Falmouth.
The 18-year-old’s body was recovered around 9 p.m. Sunday from the Presumpscot River.
The man was swimming with his friends in the river. When he went beneath the water and he did not resurface, his friends notified authorities.
A helicopter and divers were both called to the river Sunday afternoon for the search.
