EDGECOMB — The death of a three-year-old Edgecomb girl has been ruled a homicide.
The girl who died Sunday was identified by police as Makinzlee Handrahan.
The Office of Chief Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy on Monday and ruled her death a homicide, police said.
The cause of Handrahan’s death is under investigation.
