The look of love! The Golden Globes is one of the biggest nights in Hollywood, and it wouldn’t be complete without stars celebrating their wins with their loved ones.
Whether it’s red carpet PDA or actors gushing over their significant others during their speeches, the evening is full of love year after year.
In January 2018, Kevin Bacon and wife Kyra Sedgwick shared a smooch on the red carpet as they kicked off their 30th year of marriage. The twosome officially celebrated their milestone anniversary in September of that year with a sweet musical tribute to their romance.
“30 years with this amazing woman,” the Footloose star wrote via Instagram alongside a clip of him singing a Bee Gees duet, titled “To Love Somebody,” with Sedgwick. “She is the music in my life. #luckyguy #tolovesomebody #beegees@kikkosedg.”
The couple toasted to their long relationship with a romantic getaway for two. “#30years. I Love this person. @kikkosedg,” Bacon wrote alongside an Instagram photo of the Closer alum smiling at the camera. “10,951 days.”
In January 2020, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban showed that their romance was still red hot while attending the Golden Globes. The country crooner playfully lifted up the Big Little Lies alum, whom he wed in 2006, as they posed for pictures together.
The following year, the couple enjoyed the awards show from the comfort of their home. Urban sat beside his wife during the NBC broadcast in February 2021 as she was honored for her work on The Undoing.
The twosome gave fans a rare glimpse at their home life by having their daughters, Sunday and Faith, with them during the evening. The group was featured as part of the virtual show when Kidman’s category, Best Actress – Miniseries or Motion Picture Made for Television came on screen. Kate Winslet, however, took home the trophy.
While the 2021 broadcast was done via Zoom amid the COVID-19 pandemic, it didn’t stop couples from sharing intimate moments with viewers. In fact, when Sacha Baron Cohen won his two awards that evening for Borat Subsequent Moviefilm, his wife, Isla Fisher, gave him a big kiss on camera.
“Most of all, thank you to my incredibly patient wife, Isla, who has put up with all my madness,” Cohen said after catching his breath post-smooch.
