A fifth suspect has appeared in court charged with the murder of a man who was fatally shot on his doorstep.
Neil Canney was seriously injured in an attack outside his house in Nairn Road, Greenock, Inverclyde, at around 1.15am on Tuesday 28 February.
The 37-year-old was taken by ambulance to Glasgow’s Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, where he died a short time later.

Brendan Balloch, 23, made no plea to the murder charge when he appeared at Greenock Sheriff Court later in the day.
Balloch, of Greenock, was remanded in custody and is expected back in the dock within the next eight days.
