Christopher “Chris” Burnette, Jr., of Winterport, who left the Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center on foot on Friday has been found and is safe.

The teen was reported missing earlier on Friday afternoon after walking out of the hospital at around 1:45 p.m.
