The Saco Police Department is asking for help locating Andrea Ouellette, 41, of Saco, who went missing on Sept. 6.
Ouellette had gone missing once previously, from August 8 to August 29, and was found safe in Manchester, New Hampshire.
She was brought to Elliot Hospital in Manchester for treatment and was visited by her parents there. On September 6, Ouellette’s parents contacted the hospital and learned Ouellette was no longer at their facility and has not been seen since.
According to Saco police, Ouellette does not have access to her vehicle and has not had any contact with her family. Her current location is unknown. She is 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 230 pounds, and has brown hair and green eyes.
