A Florida man is now facing a manslaughter charge following a fatal crash in Auburn in June.
Pablo Trivino, 24, of Boynton, Florida, was charged on Tuesday with four felony counts, including manslaughter, driving to endanger and reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, according to the Sun Journal.
Trivino was driving at a high rate of speed on Merrow Road on the night of June 14 when he lost control and crashed into a tree, causing his front passenger to be ejected from the truck.
The front passenger, 29-year-old Aaron Kirk of Texas, died at the scene.
Trivino and another passenger were injured in the crash.
The manslaughter charge is punishable by up to 30 years in prison.
