Bangor police arrested two men after searching a residence on Shepherd Drive in Bangor, Tuesday.
Marcis Thomas, 30, of Bangor, was arrested for possession of scheduled drugs. Also arrested was Jamie McCarthy, 50, of Unity, on three outstanding arrest warrants.
Bangor police said they got a search warrant for the residence after a lengthy investigation into suspected drug trafficking there.
Police did not provide additional information about the arrests. On Tuesday afternoon, they said Bangor police detectives and agents from Homeland Security Investigations were continuing to search the residence.
