Trainee train drivers are being sought for one of the world’s most scenic rail routes through the Scottish Highlands.
The new ScotRail positions are based in Fort William and successful candidates are likely to regularly travel on the West Highland Line.
The railway line – which connects Glasgow to Oban and also Fort William and Mallaig – is famed for its picturesque landscapes and journeys through places that have featured in films and on TV.
Beauty spots include the iconic Glenfinnan Viaduct, made famous by the Harry Potter movies and the Hogwarts Express.
The viaduct, which has appeared in The Crown, Monarch Of The Glen and Stone Of Destiny, also featured in video game Forza Horizon 4.
In addition, the railway line offers spectacular views of Loch Lomond, the rocky pinnacle of The Cobbler (Ben Arthur) near Arrochar, and Ben Nevis.
The route’s stations include Corrour, the highest in the UK at 1,340ft above sea level.
