Dexter school evacuated over threat

A school in Dexter was evacuated Thursday after a threat.

AOS 94 Superintendent Kevin Jordan said that a threat was made concerning Ridge View Community School. He did not disclose the details about the nature of the threat.

All students were evacuated to Dexter Regional High School, where Jordan said parents can pick them up. He urged parents to do so in “a calm and orderly fashion.”
