A seven-year-old boy has been killed in a hit-and-run in Kent.
The boy, who was on foot, was confirmed dead at the scene following a crash on the A259 Sandgate Esplanade in Folkestone at about 5.35pm on Wednesday.
Police want to hear from anyone who may have seen an unidentified car or van leave the scene.
The crash, at the junction with Prospect Road, also involved a red Citroen car.
Dashcam footage is being sought too.
