Portland police arrested a Westbrook man on Sunday for peeking in windows around downtown Portland.
Police said they had responded several times to a man entering the back yards of residences on Emery, Pleasant and State streets and peering into the windows.
On Sunday night, they arrested 70-year-old Gary Ganem and charged him with violating privacy and stalking.
