A winter storm is bringing high winds, snow and heavy rain to Maine on Wednesday morning.
Coming on the heels of the Dec. 18 wind storm that left more than 420,000 without power and four dead, this storm has raised concerns that widespread outages will follow.
So far, as winds hit their peak, Central Maine Power has reported 42,161 outages and Versant Power 8,167 outages before 8 a.m.
