Police have identified the victim of a fatal shooting on Monday in Waterville.
Justin Iraola, 22, of Winslow, died of multiple gunshot wounds, according to Maine State Police.
The Waterville Police Department responded to a report at about 8:10 a.m. of a shooting outside a residence at 18 South Grove St. Iraola was found deceased. A second person was shot at but ultimately uninjured, according to police.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Augusta performed an autopsy on Iraola Tuesday to determine the cause of death.
Police have not released any additional information about the circumstances of the shooting.
