We hope this message finds you well. It’s an exciting time for families with children who will be turning 5 by October 15 as we kick off the Kindergarten registration process for the 2024-2025 school year.
Online Registration:
All registration materials are conveniently available online at Ellsworth School Department Registration Page. Please take a moment to review and complete the necessary forms at your earliest convenience. If you have trouble navigating the online registration process, please email [email protected].
In-Person Registration Appointments:
For those facing challenges with online registration or who prefer in-person assistance, we are offering registration appointments at the school on Monday, March 18 and Thursday, March 21. Please note that you should not bring your child to these appointments. To schedule your in-person registration slot, click here or call the school at 207-667-6241 extension 1 and speak with Mrs. Cox.
Required Documents:
When registering, please ensure you have the following documents:
Original Birth Certificate
Immunization Records
Proof of Residency (Utility Bill or Lease Agreement)
Custody Paperwork if applicable
Registration will not be considered complete until all documentation has been received. Screening appointments will be scheduled once registration packet is complete.
Registrar Assistance:
Our registrar will be available during the in-person registration appointments to provide support and guidance in completing the registration process.
