Supermodel Gisele Bundchen wept after being pulled over by police as she explained to the officer she was trying to escape paparazzi.
The 43-year-old was stopped earlier this week while driving in Surfside, Florida.
Bodycam footage shows the officer asking Bundchen to roll down the window, to which she responds: “But the paparazzi is right there.”
The Brazilian then tells the policeman that she was “just trying to escape from that guy.”
“I understand who you are,” the officer responds. “There’s nothing I can do about that.”
The officer then tells her, “I’ll give you a courtesy today.”
The mother-of-two, who moved to Florida following her divorce from former NFL quarterback Tom Brady, explains to the officer that she feels like the photographer following is “stalking” her and breaks down in tears.

“Nothing protects me. I can’t do nothing. I just want to live my life!” she sobbed.
The officer says that he can’t stop the paparazzi from “doing their job” and photographing her.
He suggests she file a report with police in Miami Beach since the incident started there.
It is unclear whether or not Bundchen filed a report.
