A Brownfield woman is missing.
Weslene Marble, 69, was last seen riding a red Trek electric bicycle on Hampshire Road in Brownfield about 12:55 p.m. Tuesday, according to Mark Latti, a spokesperson for the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife.
Marble, who suffers from dementia, may have been traveling north on Pequawket Trail, also known as routes 113 and 5, toward Fryeburg, but Latti stressed her direction of travel is uncertain and that she may have traveled a “significant distance” on bike or foot.
Marble was wearing a white bicycle helmet and pink shirt. She also had a florescent green jacket with her.
Latti described Marble as standing 5-foot-2, weighing 145 pounds and having brown hair and blue eyes.
Anyone with information about Marble’s whereabouts can call the Oxford County Sheriff’s Office at 207-743-4259.
