Northern Light Health organizations across the state proudly stand as allies and friends to those in the LGBTQIA2S+ community during Pride Month and throughout the year. As part of the efforts to increase healthcare access, ensure visibility, and elevate the care experience for marginalized groups, many Northern Light Health organizations will participate in a range of educational and celebratory activities.

Northern Light Health fosters an inclusive environment that respects and celebrates the diversity of all patients, staff, and community members year-round. We offer our employees regular gender diversity and trans and gender non-conforming training across the system throughout the year, and we have made changes in our electronic medical record to be more inclusive.
