On Friday, the Association of Bangor School Administrators released a strongly worded two-page letter in response to Bangor Schools Superintendent James Tager’s comments on his retirement motivations.
Tager, who joined the school in 2021, will retire from the position on June 30. He said that a “lack of trust” that school administrators would support new initiatives he wanted to bring forward was partly a factor in his decision to leave the position.
