SEARSPORT — There’s something in the air at Carver Memorial Library: bubbles, and lots of them!
The library will host its 2nd Annual Bubble Party on Tuesday, July 16 from 3-4 p.m. (rain date is July 23). Participants of all ages are invited to join the fun and celebrate summer outdoors on the lawn. In addition to games, music, hula hoops, and a sparkling bubble water taste test station, participants can make their own bubble wands. Last year’s event drew 60 people.
“This year we will have even more activities and fun for everyone to enjoy,” said Youth Services Librarian Michelle Millgan.
Bubbles are fun for everyone so people of all ages are invited to come join in. Children under 5 should have an involved parent/guardian.
The party is part of a full roster of interactive events at the library this summer.
The library is located at 12 Union Street in Searsport. For more information, please contact Carver Memorial Library staff at 207-548-2303 or visit the library’s website at https://www.carverlibrary.org/.
