An Industry woman is dead after a Monday evening crash in Anson.
Valerie Hoyt, 58, was driving a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee south on Starks Road when she apparently veered off the road and crashed, according to the Sun Journal.
Hoyt died at the scene, the Journal reported.
She was not wearing a seatbelt, and police do not consider alcohol and drugs to be factors in the crash, according to the newspaper.
The crash remains under investigation.
No additional information was immediately available.
