Two people died in a car crash Monday morning in Bangor, the Maine medical examiner’s office confirmed.
Noah Mushero and Sheena Rolfe died from a crash on Finson Road between Broadway and Davis Road. Their remains are in the care of the Maine Office of Chief Medical Examiner.
The Bangor Police Department is investigating the crash on behalf of the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office, according to department spokesperson Sgt. Jason McAmbley.
No information about the crash has been released.
Maine State Police is providing crash reconstruction for the investigation, according to Maine Department of Public Safety spokesperson Shannon Moss.
Finson Road was closed from around 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. during the crash investigation.
