BANGOR — Ten Bucks Theatre is excited to be bringing back “Scary Stories”, a collection of poems and short stories perfect for the Halloween season. Originally performed as a staged reading during COVID, we are thrilled to bring this back as a fully staged production! With classic pieces from Edgar Allan Poe, H.P. Lovecraft, and Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, this spine-chilling show is sure to put you in a spooky mood.
Show dates will be Oct. 17-20 and 24-27.
Auditions will be held at Ten Bucks Theatre in the Bangor Mall on Friday, Aug. 23 from 5-7 p.m. and Saturday, Aug. 24 from 1-3 p.m. Auditioners will be reading from provided scenes. No prepared monologues needed. Anyone who is unable to make those days in-person can email the director at [email protected] to set up a virtual audition time.
