A child suffered life-threatening injuries Wednesday in a crash in Kenduskeag.
The crash happened on Route 15, also known as Broadway, about 9:09 p.m., according to Kenduskeag Fire and Rescue Chief Dakota Bartlett.
The vehicle had overturned and sustained heavy damage, Bartlett said Thursday.
The two occupants went to a nearby home, where the residents provided first aid until first-responders arrived.
The child was taken to Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor with life-threatening injuries. The other occupant also was taken to the same hospital with severe but not life-threatening injuries, according to Bartlett.
Neither occupant was publicly identified.
The Maine State Police are investigating the crash.
No additional information was immediately available.
