Voters in House District 37 have a clear contrast this fall between Reagan Paul and Scott Cuddy. Both have served in the Legislature, but I think Paul is the only one that understands the concerns of the people of this area.
As a member of the utilities committee, she has voted against more subsidies for solar and wind. She understands that these subsidies are contributing to our rising electricity bills. By contrast, Cuddy voted for the bill that made the subsidies possible, and has seen out-of-state corporations profit at the expense of Maine taxpayers.
The choice in November is clear! I will be voting for Paul, the one fighting for lower cost. I hope others will join me in supporting her, and rejecting Cuddy.
