A Windham man was arrested Thursday for allegedly committing a sex crime against a child in North Dakota.
Claude Tuyishime, 25, is wanted for gross sexual imposition involving a child under age 15, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.
A Cass County judge approved a warrant for Tuyishime’s arrest on Aug. 2, and authorities tracked him to Alfred Road in Biddeford, where he was arrested without incident on Thursday.
He is being held in Maine as a fugitive from justice and awaits extradition to North Dakota.
