A car ended up on its roof after a crash on Bangor’s Columbia Street.
The driver was apparently distracted about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday when they struck jersey barriers cordoning off an outdoor seating area, according to Sgt. Jason McAmbley, a spokesperson for the Bangor Police Department.
The crash left the vehicle on its roof between Cross and Middle streets.
McAmbley said the driver, who was the only occupant, complained of pain but refused treatment or transportation to a hospital.
No charges have been filed.
No additional information was immediately available.
