NORWAY — Norway Savings Bank is pleased to announce that Frank Farrell has been appointed Information Technology & Systems (Director VP. Most recently, Farrell served as information systems manager.
The Monmouth native and Minot resident joined NSB in 2013 as a software support specialist in the IT Department and quickly demonstrated a commitment to superior customer service and operational excellence. In 2018, he was promoted to systems administrator and assistance manager, overseeing mainframe operations and several critical core information systems. In 2021, he was appointed mainframe manager VP before being named to his current position as information systems manager VP.

Farrell earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology with a minor in computer science from the University of Southern Maine.
