It seems that just about every day we read where the former president has to complain about something. In his last debate with President Joe Biden, he was forced to keep quiet while Biden was responding to a question. The debate scheduled for Sept. 10 is now in question as Vice President Kamala Harris has indicated that she would prefer an open mic.
Even Donald Trump’s handlers have reportedly indicated that they prefer a muted mic with the reason speculated as Trump would be unable to maintain a presidential demeanor for 90 minutes. Trump had indicated that he may not even attend a debate. To be honest, not having to listen to him is fine by me. I would much rather hear what Harris has to say on the subjects presented.
