A man allegedly threatened another man with a gun at Unity Raceway on Thursday.
Joshua Littlefield, 30, of Unity has been charged with criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, according to Shannon Moss, a spokesperson for the Maine Department of Public Safety.
Littlefield allegedly approached and threatened a man with a gun about 4:12 p.m. Thursday at Unity Raceway.
The victim was familiar with Littlefield and gave police a description of him and the firearm, Moss said Friday.
State police went to Littlefield’s home, where he was taken into custody.
He was taken to a local hospital for evaluation, and once released, Littlefield was taken to the Waldo County Jail in Belfast.
The investigation is ongoing.
