PITTSFIELD — The Town of Pittsfield is thrilled to announce the 2nd Annual Parade of Lights and Tree Lighting Ceremony, set to take place on Nov. 30. This festive event is the perfect way to kick off the holiday season and gather with family and friends.
Event highlights:
- Parade of Lights: The festivities will begin at 4:30 p.m. with a dazzling parade featuring beautifully decorated floats, local organizations, and festive holiday displays. Parade lineup starts at 3:30 p.m. on Industrial Park Street. The parade will proceed down Somerset Avenue, turn right onto Main Street, and conclude at the railroad tracks.
- Tree Lighting Ceremony: Immediately following the parade, attendees are invited to Stein Park for the enchanting tree lighting ceremony. Join us as we count down together to illuminate our stunning holiday tree, marking the official start of the season in Pittsfield.
- Family activities: In addition to the parade and tree lighting, there will be a variety of family-friendly activities throughout the day. More details on these activities will be announced as the event approaches.
