The first two concerts for the 2025 season at the Maine Savings Amphitheater were announced over the past week, each featuring bands that have made multiple appearances at the waterfront venue in Bangor.
The Goo Goo Dolls will make its third appearance on the Bangor waterfront this summer, with guest Dashboard Confessional, on Tuesday, Aug. 5. The alt-pop band has played in Bangor a total of three other times, in 2023 and 2019, as well as in 2006 at the Bangor Auditorium.
Papa Roach will make its fourth appearance at the waterfront concert venue, with a show featuring guests Rise Against and Underoath set for Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025. The modern rock band has previously played in Bangor in 2012, 2015 and 2022.
Tickets for the Papa Roach show are already on sale, while tickets for the Goo Goo Dolls will go on sale on Nov. 22, all via Ticketmaster.
More concerts for the 2025 season will be announced in the coming weeks.
