BANGOR – We are less than a week away from experiencing glittering holiday magic with The Rotary Club of Bangor’s annual Festival of Lights Parade, happening this coming Saturday, Dec. 7 at 4:30 p.m. in downtown Bangor. The theme this year is “The Magic of Rotary” and the parade promises to be a dazzling celebration of hope and joy.
With around 80 glittering units, including marching bands, floats, dancers, and other performers, the parade is sure to be a sight to see, and will be capped off with an appearance by Santa Clause himself. And don’t miss the official lighting of the holiday tree in West Market Square right after the parade!
“We’re thrilled to share the magic of the holidays with our community,” says Parade Chair Roland Narofsky from Bangor Rotary. “This parade is a beloved tradition that brings people together and spreads hope and joy throughout the season. So, bundle up, grab your loved ones, and join us for an unforgettable night of holiday merriment at the Festival of Lights Parade!”
