Before Ariana Madix turns 40, she’s giving Us a glimpse into what she’ll be wishing for on her special day.
“I would love to go back to Broadway. I would love to — I’m turning 40 next year in 2025 — so I would love to feel that feeling. I’m manifesting this right now,” Madix, 39, exclusively told Us Weekly at TheWrap’s Power Women Summit at The Maybourne Beverly Hills on Tuesday, December 3. “[I want to] feel that feeling that so many women talk about when they hit 40 or in their late 30s, 40s — that they feel like [they’re] so themselves and so comfortable with themselves.”
She added, “I’m looking forward to feeling that. I don’t know that I’ve felt that yet, so I’m manifesting that now for myself.”
The Vanderpump Rules star made her Broadway debut earlier this year, taking over the role of Roxie Hart for a limited run between January and March. She returned to the show in August for another batch of shows. (In an Instagram post following her 100th performance, Madix said she was “counting [her] blessings” and considers herself lucky to have landed the iconic theatrical role.)

Since closing out her stint in Chicago, Madix has been gearing up for her milestone birthday in June.
“I feel great,” the Something About Her entrepreneur gushed to Us. “I feel like I’ve been kicking around in this industry for going on 15, 20 years, and I finally feel like I’ve stepped into myself and what I really love and what I believe in. I have the most amazing team of people around me, and so it feels good to feel like I’m somewhat in control of my own destiny at this point.”
One of the people in Madix’s corner is her boyfriend, Daniel Wai. The pair started dating in 2023 after her breakup with Pump Rules costar Tom Sandoval following his cheating scandal.
Why Ariana Madix Is ‘Relieved’ About ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Season 12 Shakeup
“I don’t think I’ve ever met someone who feels the way about me that Daniel feels,” Madix gushed on Tuesday. “He thinks I am the most beautiful person in the world, the funniest person in the world [and] the smartest.”
She added, “He’s constantly telling me how smart I am and how much he believes in me, and I just feel like having that kind of partner makes everything feel so easy. I never feel stressed. I never feel worried and he’s always reassuring me and it feels really nice.”
Madix, however, said she “[doesn’t] know” if there are wedding bells in the couple’s future.
