Before Taylor Swift bid farewell to her record-breaking Eras Tour in December 2024, fans who didn’t attend the concerts in-person were kept in the loop thanks to several accounts run by Swifties.
After the pop star announced in 2022 that she would begin touring the following year, one fan launched an anonymous social media profile called @tswifterastour. For every performance, the devoted fan documented Swift’s outfit choices, posted videos from the show and revealed which “surprise songs” she elected to sing. The account, which now has more than 815,000 followers, also shared updates on Swift’s life, most notably going viral for the post suggesting she was “eating a piece of chicken with ketchup and seemingly ranch.”
The user kept their identity a secret until the day before the Eras Tour wrapped, revealing themself to be Nat Lopez in an interview with People.
“With the tour ending, a lot of people [are] DMing me saying this account has been such a safe space for them. It’s like the only reason they still have this app or they’re going to miss it,” Lopez told the outlet while reflecting on the impact of his account. “You don’t have to miss it. I’m still going to be here, just not updating [about] the tour.”

After religiously following the Eras Tour for over a year, Lopez told People in December 2024 that he had created a process for updating his fan account.
“In real life, I love staying organized, so I made it quite a big deal to stay organized for this as well,” Lopez said. “I would say the first few shows [were] a real mess for me because I mean, no one knew what was happening. No one knew that we were going to keep getting new outfits or surprise songs.”
Lopez noted that the process became “quite simple” with time, but there were still chaotic moments. “Surprise songs are the most hectic time for me because I’ve got to update the outfit, the song, the album, whatever she’s saying, all in like mere seconds, but I think I’ve just gotten used to it,” he said.

While documenting the Eras Tour performances, @tstourtips_ creator Autumn also updated her feed with pictures of herself at several shows and encouraged fans to say hi to her at the performances. In a November 2024 Instagram post, Autumn wore a Reputation-inspired bodysuit while posing in front of giant friendship bracelets in front of Toronto’s Rogers Center.

The account and corresponding app is run by a team of Swifties, including Kyle, Mia, Deniz, Betsy and Jake. Kyle, who’s the creator of Swift Alert, paid tribute to his coworkers ahead of the Eras Tour conclusion in December 2024.
“The three of them have worked tirelessly over the past couple of years to make this app what it has become,” Kyle wrote via social media, shouting out his wife, Mia, and Betsy and Deniz. “They have done it while working their full-time jobs. They have done it with very little sleep at times. They have done it as a true labor of love.”
