PORTLAND — Norway Savings Bank will be loading up the “sleigh” and making several trips to different nonprofits around Maine to celebrate the season of giving with surprise “helping hands” donations.
On Wednesday, Dec. 11 NSB team members delivered a $1,500 check to Ruth’s Reusable Resources in Portland.
The organization aims to provide every Maine child from pre-kindergarten through high school with the supplies and tools needed for success. The supplies have helped thousands of local students as well as saving teachers from spending their own money to fulfill student need.
