Detectives have launched an investigation after a man and a woman in their 70s were found dead at a property in a Dorset seaside town.
Their bodies were found inside the address in Anthony’s Avenue, Poole, after police were called at around 11.35am on Tuesday.
The man and woman are known to each other and no one else is thought to be involved, Dorset Police said.
Detective Inspector Ian Allen said officers are trying to establish a timeline of what happened, but are currently considering the period over the Christmas holidays.
