A tractor-trailer truck went off the road in Farmington on Sunday.
The crash happened about 10:53 a.m. at the intersection of New Vineyard and Fairbanks roads, according to the Farmington Police Department.
Farmington Police, Farmington Fire and MaineHealth EMS reportedly responded to the scene.
Police said the truck was owned by JJS Transport of Lawrenceville, Georgia. It was delivering products from Poland Spring in Kingfield.
The driver, a 47-year-old from Brentwood, New Jersey, reportedly didn’t stop at the intersection, rolling onto its side before stopping near Barker Brook.
EMS helped a 33-year-old woman and four young children from the truck and evaluated them. The woman was taken to MaineHealth Franklin Hospital with minor injuries.
The fuel tanks ruptured as a result of the crash. The Maine Department of Environmental Protection helped contain the spill.
