Police have released a photo of the suspect in the Monday night robbery of a Circle K in Bangor.
The man, who hasn’t yet been identified, entered the store at the intersection of Broadway and Griffin Road about 7 p.m. and brandished a knife, according to Sgt. Jason McAmbley, a spokesperson for the Bangor Police Department.
He then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. He may have gotten into a vehicle after fleeing from the store.
The suspect, who was wearing gloves and a ski mask, was described as a white man, standing between 5-foot-8 and 6-foot-2 and weighing between 250 and 300 pounds, according to McAmbley.
In addition to the gray gloves and black ski mask, the man was wearing a gray North Face sweatshirt, a black jacket underneath, black pants and brown work boots.
