Several updates regarding Manchester United’s summer transfer window have emerged on Tuesday.
Erik ten Hag is facing the mammoth task of rebuilding a United side who just finished a campaign with their lowest ever points total in Premier League history.
As a result, it is not too surprising to see Goal report that the former Ajax coach is aiming to make five signings this summer: “The Barcelona midfielder is a leading target for new manager Erik ten Hag, who is aiming to make five signings in his first transfer window at the club.”

Elsewhere, all of Manchester United, Tottenham and Chelsea were credited with an interest in RB Leipzig centre-back Josko Gvardiol by the Telegraph, who value that stopper between £40-£50m.

And finally, Gazzetta dello Sport have reported that everyone should ‘keep an eye on Ten Hag’ when it comes to Inter Milan defender Denzel Dumfries.
The Dutchman is said to be valued by the Serie A side at ‘at least €30m’, and Manchester United could come in for him. The reason for this is because Ten Hag, ‘rates him a lot and looks for a player to start’.
