The Queen has travelled to Edinburgh for a ceremony at the Palace of Holyroodhouse.
It is the first time she has been seen since meeting the Archbishop of Canterbury last week.
Her Majesty is accompanied by the Earl and Countess of Wessex and Forfar for the Ceremony of the Keys in the Scottish capital.
The Queen, 96, has not been seen in public since her Platinum Jubilee weekend.
Buckingham Palace said she has been suffering from mobility issues and arrived at the Chelsea Flower show in May in a buggy.

The Ceremony of the Keys sees the monarch being handed the keys of the city and welcomed to “your ancient and hereditary kingdom of Scotland”.
She is symbolically offered the keys to the city and it is the tradition that the Queen then returns them for safekeeping to Edinburgh’s elected officials.
During the Ceremony of the Keys, a guard of honour is being provided by the Balaklava Company, The Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders, 5th Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland (5 SCOTS).
Music is being provided by the Pipes and Drums of The Royal Highland Fusiliers, 2nd Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland (2 SCOTS) and The Band of the Royal Regiment of Scotland (Band SCOTS).
